My city is suffering an acute water shortage, so when the first rain clouds of the year gathered yesterday, it was but natural that all eyes were heavenwards.
And what do you know, the heavens decided to put on a show for us!
Yesterday was but a drizzle; however we did have a brief shower today.
It may not have brought us much water, but it did bring us hope.
May God have mercy upon us.
