Let me first confess that these pics were taken by my dad during his visit to Lucknow, a multicultural city in India.

Lucknow flourished as a North Indian cultural and artistic hub and the seat of power of the Delhi Sultanate.

This sampling explains why this city ranks high in my bucket list.
